In sessions, I provide Art Therapy, as well as traditional Talk Therapy.

I was born and raised in California and I am the youngest of three children. I unnamed (1)moved to Seattle in 2008 to attend Antioch University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Psychology, focusing on Couples and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. Although it was a rough transition at first, I eventually fell in love with Seattle and it is now my home. I am engaged to my amazing partner, Christopher, and I have two beautiful step sons. In my free time I play volleyball, paint, read, and make friends with every animal I meet.
